About Florida Energy Pathways Program

Empowering Florida’s Clean Energy Workforce

Florida, like many U.S. states, faces a labor and skills shortage in the clean energy sector. The Florida Clean Energy Pathways Program is designed to address this challenge head-on by creating equitable access to training, mentorship, and career opportunities. Through its strategic partnerships and data-driven approach, the program ensures that Florida’s energy workforce is ready for the challenges of tomorrow.

A Data-Driven Approach to Workforce Readiness

The Florida Clean Energy Pathways Program leverages real-time labor market data, targeted training, and industry mentorship to prepare the next generation of clean energy professionals. By aligning with the needs of Florida’s top clean energy employers and educational institutions, this initiative ensures that job seekers have access to the skills, resources, and opportunities needed for long-term success.
