The Florida Clean Energy Pathways Mentorship Program connects you with professionals working across the clean energy industry—including solar, utilities, energy efficiency, and electric vehicles.
One-on-One Guidance from Industry Experts
You’ll be matched with a mentor currently working in a clean energy role aligned with your interests. These professionals have been where you’re headed—and they’re here to help you navigate the path forward.
Over the course of six months, you’ll have monthly, one-on-one conversations focused on your career goals, questions, and next steps.
What Can You Expect?
- A 30-minute virtual meeting with your mentor each month over six months.
- Career advice, encouragement, and real-world perspective from someone in the field.
- Support as you navigate training, explore career paths, or start your job search.

Head to the registration page and fill out your personal dossier in 5 minutes.
Get Paired With A Mentor
We'll pair you with a mentor, and you'll receive a calendar invite to schedule your first meeting.
Meet Your Mentor
Start your monthly check-ins and use the platform's guidance to make the most of each session.
